An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager to join a Greater London Team, managing the supported living service acrros 2 sites in Croydon.

About the Services

The Service Manager will be responsible for managing a supported living service in Croydon, Croydon Community Service, providing personalised care and support in customers' own accommodation.

Customers live independently, with a secure tenancy, financial independence. The service drive is to deliver the highest quality tailored packages to support customers achieve positive and meaningful outcomes. The Service support adults with a range of disabilities and complex support needs with a personalised approach.

Being a regular and visible presence across the service in Croydon, ability to cover the area is essential.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Care Manager to support the services on a journey of continuous improvement, which enables no limit to be set on each person's potential to achieve their hopes and aspirations. You'll manage and inspire the teams at our Services.

By developing all those around you, you'll ensure that we're able to continue providing high quality, personalised care where it is needed most.

To do this you will need to have a relevant qualification that enables you to take up the role of CQC Registered Service Manager and be able to demonstrate an excellent ability to lead and develop your staff team. You will have substantial experience and skills in:
