Registered Branch Manager - Domiciliary
I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for established branch in the Eastbourne area.

This Client delivers bespoke quality live in and respite care in the Eastbourne area. The client is an established company that offers support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. They offer personal care and assist with medication. They also offer domestic assistance and social care. They really do look after their employees, offering on going training and opportunities for career progression, annual salary reviews.
The Branch/The role:
This is established branch, currently delivering live in and respite care. You will be responsible for managing the day to day duties of the branch including care plans, risk assessments, audits and adhering to all CQC regulations etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties.
This role is a full-time role, but the client would also consider part time or Interim
You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector and have managed a large domiciliary care branch . You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the company to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.

You must be a strong manager, a proven track record of CQC and one years' experience as a Registered Branch Manager.
£28K - £35k DOE
