Care Service Manager - Learning disabilities

We are seeking an experience Service Manager to lead a small team on a single site.
Andrew has severe learning disabilities and epilepsy. He lives in his own home with 24/7 support from an established team who know him very well.
He has a personalised structure to his week that his team help him to achieve. His support is funded by direct payment and his mum has been a pivitol support and providing leadership to the team. Mum is looking for someone with proven experience of leading teams and supporting people with learning disabilities that she can hand over the responsibilities to.
The budget is managed by PBS4 and you will have access to and support from out support structure, processes and developmental support.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
Ensuring payroll data correct
Ensuring the team are compliant with all mandatory training and e-learning
Support planning and risk management
Ensuring health and safety of Andrew and his team
Ensuring his personalised support plans are delivered and he is achieving his goals
Auditing the quality of the team delivery
Ensuring safe administration of medication
Supervision of team members and coordinating team meetings
Ensuring high quality record keeping and recording
Ensuring sagefuarding adults procedures are adhered to
Providing support that is compliant with CQC regulatory standards
Ensuring Andrew's health needs are met and proactively managed
Ensuring Andrew's communication needs are understood, met, and developed
Working in partnership with Andrew, his mum, NHS Services, Local Authorities, and other agencies involved in Andrew's life.
Ideally you will hold a Level 5 Qualification in Health and Social care or equivalent, for exceptional candidates we can consider support to achieve this.
This position is full time however we will consider part time for the right candidate
