Where you’ll work

Located in a residential area of Birmingham, Bartley Green Lodge Residential Care Home is an attractive home positioned on a bus route in and out of the city centre. The team provides residential and dementia care to the home’s 47 residents.

The role will include

You will be responsible for maintaining the Care Homes administrative systems. This will include processing staff payroll and updating staff files, keeping account of finances such as invoicing and petty cash and being involved in data collation, monitoring and reporting. It is important that you have a methodical and organised approach which will be well utilised as you ensure the home is operating effectively, allowing for the best level of care to be delivered to our residents.

As an Administrator in our Care Home you will interact with relatives, residents and visitors. Strong administrative skills are required but it is just as important to us that you are as focused on delivering exceptional customer service as well as having an approachable, caring and compassionate attitude, a self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a growing and progressive organisation. Experience within a residential care or similar setting is desirable.
