We are a respected family business based in Alton whom offer financial outsourced services and employ approximately 40 plus staff. We are seeking a Trainee Accounts Administrator to join our small and friendly team. Working the hours of Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, free parking, pension, birthday off and a maximum of 25 days holidays.

This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic and career driven college leaver who is keen to kick start their career within an accounts-based role OR someone who has a significant interest in accounts and is looking for that next step up.

As the Trainee Accounts Administrator will report in to the Accounts Process Manager and your duties will include:

  • Chasing Accounts information from clients
  • Setting up of client accounts and beneficiaries
  • Dealing with incoming calls and emails
  • Filing and administration
  • General help within the Accounts teams

The ideal candidate for the Trainee Accounts Administrator role will be looking for their first office role within the finance and/or accounts arena. No experience is required but you need to have an interest in accounts and/or finance and be able to portray this. The long-term goal for this post is to build up enough knowledge and experience to have a portfolio of clients of your own.

In return you will receive a salary up to £16500, full training and the opportunity to develop and gain a long-term career.
