Pure are recruiting Office Manager for a fantastic organisation based on the outskirts of Ipswich. This varied role is to oversee a small team managing incoming orders ensuring a seamless process to customers and colleagues. Alongside this the successful candidate will assist in booking travel and hotels for the Senior Management team.

Key responsibilities
  • Schedule work for the team, ensuring timescales are met
  • Ensure the team are working to company standards
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Assisting colleagues and customers with enquiries and queries
  • Managing holiday requests / sickness cover and producing HR documentation
  • Book travel and hotels for the Senior Management Team

Key Skills
  • Experience of successfully managing a team is essential
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal
  • A good eye for streamlining processes
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Strong IT skills with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
