To further support the SMRT BU Mobile Crusher to drive profitable business development and capture market share, we are now looking for a Finance Director. Your mission - To lead the Finance function and drive the financial performance of the Business Unit through financial coaching and mentoring.
In this position, you plan and implement strategies to drive the profitability of the Buinses Unit and ensure it’s aligned with Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology’s overall strategies and directives. You are responsible for ensuring timely reporting of the consolidated actual performance, forecasts and targets whilst supporting the operations with analysis, advise and tools to optimize performance. You will also ensure that effective Internal Controls and financial governance models are in order to minimize risk in financial reporting and performance.
Another important part of your mission is to introduce new and updated approaches based on digitalization, and to guide the organization towards a modern and efficient way of doing business.
As manager, you lead your team with a coaching and supporting culture, based on involvement, clear communication and energy driven performance. You build and develop an agile organization, working in close relation to your team and stakeholders you will ensure that the resources and capabilities are for fit for future needs and you engage in growing talents and securing efficient succession planning.
As Finance Director, you report to the Managing Director of Mobile Crushing and Screening. Travel is a natural part of your job but it is expected that the base location would be either Swadlincote or Ballygawley
