Part Time Office Administrator
Are you looking for a new administrative role? Part-time hours?
Office Angels are working with a construction company based on the outskirts of Milton Keynes who are looking for a part-time administration assistant - around 25 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
Ideally this candidate will be able to grow with the company and potentially move to full time hours over time.
Responsibilities and duties would include but not be limited to the following;
- Purchase Ledger
- Filing & General Admin Duties
- General Enquiries via telephone & e-mail
- Assisting Quantity Surveyor & Contracts Manager as required
- As well as any adhoc duties
If you are friendly, reliable, able to manage your own workload and happy to pitch in and be flexible with the rest of the team then this could be the role for you.
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work on own initiative
- Able to use MS Office
- Knowledge of Sage an advantage
