You will be working for a public services organisation based in Taunton in Somerset. This well respected and long standing company provides the local community with many different services.
Your new role
You will be working as a Finance and HR manager. Your responsibilities will centre around providing the board of directors with accurate and professional finance reporting, support in processing, and management, and supporting the organisations HR needs fully.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a strong background in senior finance positions where you will have been required to understand the ground level processing skills as well as the reporting requirements that a manager would require. You will need a good understanding of HR, along with the knowledge of the policies and procedures that a single point of contact will need to be the sole HR person. Ideally you will have a qualification in both finance and HR, but a good QBE professional person will be equally considered.
