Get Recruited are supporting a well-established software solutions company based in Solihull. Due to unprecedented growth, they are now seeking to recruit an Account Manager to help to grow the company further.
You will be working as part of the sales team, building internal relationships with existing clients and understanding their specific needs.

- The Account Manager will build relationships with existing clients
- Understand client contracts and specific client needs
- Proactively engage with clients on a regular basis
- Work efficiently as part of the sales team
- Focus on growing and developing existing clients
- Reach and exceed individual monthly sales targets
- Previous experience as an Account Manager
- Sales experience
- Experience of receiving inbound calls
- The ability to build rapport and long term relationships
- Ability to close deals
- Proven track record of hitting KPI's
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels
