Registered Nurses - Gibraltar Nursing Home
You are not just a Nurse
And we are not just another Nursing Home.
You are not just a nurse to the people that live in our homes; you are the extension of their family, their friend, their reassurance, their entertainment and most importantly the enabler of their independence and choice.
Whatever your nursing background we want to speak with you. Whether you are newly qualified, have been working within the NHS or the private sector we are keen to know more about you. So why choose Gibraltar Nursing Home?
Gibraltar Nursing Home is set within Monmouth. The home provides 95 bedrooms for people who require both nursing and dementia care. We have recently implemented something called the household model of care in which we have changed our approach to care. It is very person centred and is about respecting the people living with us as our family and providing the care you’d expect for your loved ones. We have created smaller houses and communities within each of our homes so that we can provide the best care for the people living with us dependent on what stage of their dementia journey they are at. This and so much more is what makes our house truly a home.
