Activate Learning Group aims to be inspirational and innovative, to foster personal development through learning and to be of value and economic significance to our communities. As part of this, we would like to recruit two Group Administrators who will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to internal clients within the Activate Learning Group and ensuring that all outbound communications are consistent, brand compliant and contribute to an excellent customer service.

The role will involve working with both commercial and training salons within the Lifestyles faculty of Reading College. There will be some marketing involved, and the post holder will be required to help out in the salon as and when the situation requires. The salon is a fully commercial business open 5 days a week including Saturdays . The post holder will be required to work on a late night, but hours are negotiable within reason. It is a varied and flexible job but the successful candidate needs to be organised and prepared to think laterally at times. As it is customer facing, a smart appearance is essential and good IT and telephone skills are very important

This post will be based at our Reading College campus and is a permanent position, working 37 hours per week.
