Internal Business Development Executive

£24k - £25k + OTE £40k

Our client are an enterprise software solution company who have a strong presence around the world and they are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their growing team. They have almost 50 years' experience working in their field and only plan to improve and get bigger. Throughout their years, they have been working with industries such as architecture, accountancy, engineering, healthcare etc. They pride themselves on creating user-friendly and atheistic software and something which will make the lives of their clients easier.

The Good Stuff:
*Basic Salary of £23k-£25k
*Achievable OTE £40k
*25 days off plus your birthday off
*Full dress down policy
*Break out room decked out with pool table, Xbox, PlayStations etc.
*Extremely strong business model with client retention at over 99.5%. Compounding recurring revenue allows for strong year on year growth without accelerated costs creating a strong financial position

What are they looking for?
*6 - 12 months experience in;
-Outbound role
-New Business
-B2B role
-Software sales
*Experience of articulating a solution with multiple features and benefits to Director level contacts
*Excellent telephone manner
*A proven track record of successful sales experience
*A clear demonstrable understanding of the sales process
*IT literate with strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office
*Degree educated or equivalent

*Experience of Professional Services Automation (PSA) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software would be a very distinct advantage
*Exposure to Time keeping, Project Management, or finance related software solutions, such as accounting, practice management, case management would also be advantageous
*Understanding of operations within Professional Services companies (namely Architects, Engineers, Agencies and Consultants) or other project based businesses.
*Either having sold into, or worked within, would be of benefit
*Experience of working in a competitive team environment
*Delivering target

What would you be doing?
*To create sales opportunities to sell CMAP
*Telephone and email prospecting from an existing database of warm prospects and cold calling collateral
*Target of 6 meetings booked & completed per month
*Accurate and daily use of the company CRM and Lead Tracking application
