Would you like to manage a 3 bed home in Stockport for Children and Young People with EBD and Challenging Behaviour?

Major Healthcare are currently seeking an experienced Registered Children's Home Manager to take over a well established 3 bed home in Stockport, which was rated "Good with Outstanding in Leadership and Management." You will be provided with a phone and laptop to assist you in your role and the role is generally Monday to Friday however you have the overall responsibility of the home so must be willing to step in when needed and share on call duties. Also, you will need to be a driver with your own car and business insurance.
In return for your experience, mentoring leadership style and Level 5 qualification Leadership and Management for Children and Young people or equivalent you will receive an annual salary of £30,000-£35,000 per year, 25 days annual leave plus 8 days bank holidays, nest pension, perk box benefits and the opportunity to lead this excellent service. Lots of room for development also as the organisation are looking to open new services over the coming years.
