An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and motivated full time permanent administrator to join a vibrant and successful company based in the centre of Brighton. This is a busy and demanding role which will offer endless possibilities to the right person and also allows a dress downcode with early Friday finishes.
- Support in applying Event Notifications to the website
- managing and upkeep of internal records.
- Administration support to the Photography and Reading Room Facebook Groups.
- Organisation/administration of the Groups Networking Meetings
- Updating of the Club Extranet
- Receiving Groups attendance figures and 'Keeping in Touch' data requests.
- Contending to incoming calls and post
- Dealing with general enquiries.
- Attendance where required at Club events, including the Annual General Meeting.
- The job holder may be required to undertake other duties as may reasonably be required of them.
Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:IT literate, confident with MS Office packages (Word, Outlook
