Are you an organised Administrator with the ability to work to deadlines?
Do you have high attention to detail and experience in using CRM Dynamics, Salesforce or SAP (or similar)
Working within a small, friendly team within a wider multinational company you will be responsible for:
- Reviewing all new business contracts for accuracy
- Processing licence renewals, ensuring compliance with pricing and company policies
- Processing all transactions into the in-house system and working with multi currencies
- Managing customer requirements
We are looking for a candidate with first class communication skills, experience of managing the booking of new orders, demonstrable organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure whilst still maintaining high attention to detail. You will have strong experience of MS Word, Excel and Outlook, high numeracy and literacy skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Hours are Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.00pm.
