Full time Monday to Friday 9 -5.30pm
Customer Outreach Executive: responsible to reach out, by making calls, to our small to medium size customer base sector, underpinning our committing to be "Customer Obsessed". Offering our customers further training and support, updating our CRM database and assisting in the sale of any potential upsell or additional products.
- To reach out to our existing base to "Health Check" there accounts and experience.
- To achieve daily call KPI’s as set by the Inside Sales Manager
- To process customer requests from the outcome of the calls in a timely manner and liaise with internal customers to ensure that these requests are completed and followed up.
- To create Upsell opportunities of further units, products and services to the existing fleet base.
- To follow a structured call script to ensure the customer receives a great experience.
- To keep all CRM - Salesforce data up to date and amend where appropriate
- To follow GDPR guidelines for all phone conversations.
- To work as part of a team within Inside Sales and other internal departments.
- To achieve personal and business targets as set by the Inside Sales Manager
- Other such tasks and additions to the role as requested by the management team, including assisting the sales team.
- Must hold a minimum of 12 months internal sales experience
- Must have excellent communication skills including active listening, verbal and written.
- Experience in working to targets and be goal orientated.
- Must be outgoing, energetic, self-motivated and passionate
- Must have an excellent telephone manner
- Computer literate with experience of CRM, EXCEL, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to liaise with clients from numerous different sectors
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
