Team Secretary/Audio - Maternity Contract - 12 mths
Our client is a leading professional services firm in the heart of Bromley and they require a Team Secretary with outstanding audio typing skills along with an excellent eye for detail for a 12 month's maternity contract. The team secretary will be highly organised and competent in the following areas.
To audio/copy type reports, specifications, minutes, certificates and related documents.
To support the technical team prioritising workload, managing diaries,emails post.
Advanced MS 2010 and above operating systems along with experience of spreadsheets would be desireable.
The role would suit an individual who is a self starter, who enjoys working in a busy enviroment where they can proritise there workload and who has come from a similar professional services firm in either, Finance Services, Surveying, Accountancy background and looking to work closer to home.
