Salary: £34,125 per annum (£17.50 per hour) + excellent benefits
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Deputy Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to join a leading healthcare provider in one of their lovely nursing homes located in Romford. The service provides person centred care to elderly and the team are passionate about the care that they provide for the residents and are looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager to join. The Home Manager is looking for the Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to work alongside them ensuring the smooth running of the home.
Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism ( RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Applicants must have good communication skills, a hard-working nature, and the willingness to get stuck in. Previous management experience is preferred for this position however experienced nurses with leadership skills will be considered for this role.
