We're looking for someone who is passionate about change and improvement; someone able to balance opportunity for change with practicality of delivery; a logical thinker with an empathetic approach, who is able to gain the trust of the business.

As part of a small team of change experts working across all of OCR's business functions, you will take responsibility for delivering transformation in line with business priorities. You will also support continuous improvement activity within business functions by partnering to provide guidance, challenge and structure.

We welcome applications from all areas and no formal project or change managment experience is required.

What you'll be doing
You will:
  • Work with managers from across the business to identify and analyse opportunities for process transformation
  • Manage the full lifecycle of project management activity to successfully deliver change
  • Successfully transition change to a business as usual state
  • Support continuous improvement within OCR functions

  • You have excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach and are an effective influencer who is able to quickly build productive working relationships at different organisational levels
  • Resourceful and resilient you will be able to think innovatively and handle the challenges of delivering change into the business
  • You have a drive to continually improve process and will comfortably take responsibility for delivery
  • We are seeking someone who is able to understand both the businesses and our stakeholders/customers viewpoints and help OCR provide an outstanding assessment experience
