What it's about

Cambridge Assessment has two fantastic opportunities for experienced Internal Communications and Engagement specialists who are interested in a new challenge within a rapidly transforming organisation.

These posts will sit within our OCR and Cambridge Assessment English business units, however they will work very closely with the Group Internal Communications team on a daily basis.

The Cambridge Assessment English role will require you to have communications experience within an international organisation.

As an expert in your field, you will act as a trusted adviser and deliver effective communication channels and content, as well as employee engagement tools and initiatives which facilitate positive cultural change, bring our values to life and build truly inclusive working environment.

What we're looking for

Alongside your outstanding communication skills and well developed understanding of what drives engagement and culture, you will be a natural multi-tasker with your finger on the pulse when it comes to best practice and innovation.

Ideally, you will have a background of at least three years in an internal communications, employee engagement or organisational development role within a multi-site/international organisation, with demonstrable experience of:
  • Developing and implementing internal communications and employee engagement strategies and plans.
  • Delivering results through stakeholder management, especially at a senior leadership level.
  • Producing engaging communications and campaigns which help to inspire performance and connect employees to the bigger picture.
  • Delivering change/transformation communications.
  • Project management and working within large-scale, cross functional project teams as a trusted communications and engagement advisor and implementer.
  • Communicating, influencing, and building partnerships at all levels within an organisation.
  • Improving aspects of the end to end employee lifecycle, using data and analytics to enable positive cultural change.
  • Writing strong and engaging content across diverse subjects.
