Our client, a market leading specialist Solicitors practice in Berkshire are looking to bring onboard an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 3+ years’ experience to join their growing property team.
• A specialist Solicitor firm covering a range of property matters
• Offers a personal approach that is adapted to meet each specific client’s needs
• Award winner and recognised across the market for exceptional service standards.
• Focus primarily on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions but will involve all aspects of residential conveyancing
• A busy conveyancing team due to the volume of instructions received
• The experienced Conveyancer must have excellent IT skills and be able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines.
• This opportunity would be ideal for a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive. Although 3+ years’ up-to-date experience in a Property Conveyancing role maybe considered
• Excellent IT Skills and experience of working with case management systems.
• Experience of handling significant volumes of transactions is essential.
• Must be willing to assist in building new business relationships and promote both the team’s
• services and the firm’s broader legal services to developers, agents and others
