What the School is looking for:
Someone who has a Science degree, PGCE and QTS/QTLS
A Science specialism would be great but not necessary
A passion for Science and a resolve to make a real difference to the lives of their students
A resilient mind-set with an open minded and determined approach to achieving success
Be able to teach pupils from a variety of backgrounds across Key Stages 3-4.
To work with the pupils to ignite the fire and enthuse those who are more reluctant and lack confidence in this subject area.
Have a range of robust effective behaviour management strategies that can be employed in the classroom
