Our client is a successful, independent provider of Cartonboard Packaging Solutions, they produce high-quality cartonboard printed packaging as well as a number of niche packaging solutions for world recognised brands in a wide range manufacturing market sectors such as automotive, private label brand owners etc.

Our client is looking to expand their portfolio of clients to achieve further growth targets, to achieve this they are currently looking to recruit a true 'stand out' sales professional highly skilled in the consultative sales process, start to finish.

Fully supported by a production team of experts in their field. An exciting time to become an integral part of a dynamic growing business with huge developmental opportunities. Performance will be rewarded.

The role is to target 100% new business. Previous experience and knowledge of cartonboard or printed folded cartons is required.


Responsibilities / Requirements - You will be running your own business within the organisation, given a 360 desk where you will be responsible for:

  • Generating own leads, mapping your market & developing your patch
  • Cold calling & consultative selling to win new business meetings
  • Attending regular client meetings nationwide
  • Selling a broad portfolio of printed cartonboard packaging solutions
  • Consulting on print specifications, liaising with estimating & submitting quotes
  • Closing new business
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients
  • Maintaining regular account contact by phone & face to face

The Candidate:

  • Highly experienced with cold calling, consultative selling and account managing B2B services
  • Have experience in selling printed packaging, print or related media
  • You must be self-disciplined, shrewd & tenacious
  • Field sales experience
  • Full driving licence
