A permanent career growth position has arisen for a payroll administrator, due to a growing workforce and the ongoing implementation and embedding of a brand-new Human Capital Management system. You will have an opportunity to develop your data analysis skills.
£20,000 to £22,000 – Godalming

The Company
A leading education organisation with a Guildford head office and sites across the UK. Operating since 2001 this growing business continues to be a sector leader in the secondary school market in the UK. Currently implementing new software this company is bringing processes in house and growing its operational teams

The Role
You will join the team to work alongside the HR department to support the running of payroll, completing accuracy checks on payroll reports, resolving employee pay queries and supporting the staff centre in using their HR and payroll software. You will be doing this all while developing your data analysis skills.

Minimum Requirements

• You must be highly organised
• You must have meticulous attention to detail
• Strong excel skills
• You must be a team player
• Preferable previous experience in payroll however training will be provided
