Are you an experienced Sales Coordinator/Administrator looking for a new role?

If so I am happy to announce I am currently working with a company that distributes the world’s leading Machinery and Equipment in the Stone Industry.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join and develop within our growing group of Companies. You must possess excellent communication and phone skills and be able to use your own initiative.

The Role involves:

- Tele-sales (existing customers only) – Identify opportunities, create customer relationships and book appointments for our Sales Team. As well as accurately managing and updating of the sales database
- Co-ordinating the Sales Team on their weekly runs
- Purchasing - you will be required to order in some specific materials, review deliveries against the orders and track the status of any orders
- Delivery – Organising deliveries including importing and exporting
- Administration duties – creating purchase orders, sales invoices, delivery notes and e-mailing customers/suppliers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role. You must be computer literate and have good keyboard skills. You will be required to learn technical product information which can be obtained with on the job experience as well as support from other employees and managers. They have a great team and building strong working relationships is a must.
