We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administration Assistant to join a well-established and professional company based in Salisbury, City Centre.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration support to a wider team and so we are looking for candidates who perhaps have experience of supporting others in the workplace.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Opening of post, scanning documents onto the system and allocating to the right people
  • Filing and archiving
  • Diary management and booking meeting rooms
  • Typing up letters to clients
  • Any ad hoc tasks / general administration that the team require support with

Skills and experiences required for this role:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A good grasp of the English language.
  • Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office is essential.
  • A positive approach to work/life as you will have plenty of interaction with clients.

Hours for this P/T role are Mon -Fri 10am - 3pm
