Part Time Administration Assistant
We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administration Assistant to join a well-established and professional company based in Salisbury, City Centre.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administration support to a wider team and so we are looking for candidates who perhaps have experience of supporting others in the workplace.
Key responsibilities include:
- Opening of post, scanning documents onto the system and allocating to the right people
- Filing and archiving
- Diary management and booking meeting rooms
- Typing up letters to clients
- Any ad hoc tasks / general administration that the team require support with
Skills and experiences required for this role:
- Excellent organisational skills
- A good grasp of the English language.
- Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Office is essential.
- A positive approach to work/life as you will have plenty of interaction with clients.
Hours for this P/T role are Mon -Fri 10am - 3pm
