Your new company are a leading legal firm in the Thames Valley area, well known for the service and quality of work and going through yet more continued growth they are having a refocus on their development and how to continue to put their name out there as the most prominent in the market place.
Your new role
Your new role as the Business Development Manager will be to work closely with the Partners and Marketing team to build relationships up with potential new clients. You will be the face of the organisation and will be out meeting individuals and building a pipeline of business and potential clients to work with as their current contracts come to an end. Promoting your new organisation as the firm to chose in the area.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need to be proactive, confident outward going, have an understanding of the legal sector ideally or the professional services world. Naturally someone with strong business development experience is needed to show what business they have brought into the organisation. You will need to be confident in meeting with potential clients and will be targeting Face to Face meetings to really get an understanding of their business needs and how you as the organisation can make their lives easier.
