Our client is looking for a driven, enthusiastic and communicative person to join a team in one of the most varied office positions available in this country. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious company that caters to the Stars. You will liaise with the staff responsible for planning and catering to the rich and famous, taking orders and ensuring that you deliver every part of their requested specification. You will mainly be based in the office completing various administrative duties, taking sales calls and trying to build new business, the successful candidate will also be required to go and source various products as requested aswell as delivering orders to customers. Due to the nature of the clientel it is of the utmost importance that you understand the importance of confidentiality, while you won't meet the clients yourself, it will be expected that you honour their privacy.

Our client recieve an order from one of their customers and it is then down to the office staff to ensure that the requests are delivered exactly to specification and on time.

Hours Of Work:

7am-4pm / 1pm-10pm on a rotation basis

4 weekends on 3 weekends off

Main Duties:

  • Recieve and process orders
  • General Admin
  • Going out to pick up customer orders and requests
  • Delivering orders
  • Answering customer queries
  • Going to shops with shopping lists
  • Liaising with Third party suppliers and companies

Requirements:

  • Driving License
  • Good with Microsoft Office
  • Great customer service skills
  • Appreciation for confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility
  • Driven

Package:

  • £18,000 per annum
  • Overtime paid at time and a half
  • 28 days holiday including bank holidays
