Staff Nurse - Inpatient

Location: Reading, within easy access via Train, Bus and car with car park

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours per week. (negotiable depending on experience )

Bonus: Annual bonus provided.

Hours: 37.5 - Full Time

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse to join the Inpatient department at a fantastic private hospital based in Reading. We are looking for passionate Surgical Ward Nurses to join our experienced and dynamic team. Further Details about the role:

The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs. You will actively promote best practice and contribute towards quality improvements, collect collate and organise data, interpret all of the information and make a justifiable assessment, making this available to relevant others.

Person Specification:

You will be a Registered Nurse used to working with minimum supervision and experience of working in an Acute environment. A surgical background is desirable but we are happy to consider Nurses with an interest in developing their experience in this field.
