A fast growing and exciting business based in Maidenhead are looking for a Sales Order Processing Consultant to join their customer service team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership for a key function of the business and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customer queries via phone and telephone
  • Processing sales orders on the company system
  • Dealing with 30-40 cases a day in regards to processing and customer queries
  • Liaising with customers to ensure you are able to resolve matters as efficiently as possible
  • Respond to customers questions having become familiar with FAQS and knowledge base when escalated.
  • Support the team to improve processing efficiency

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience of sales order processing, administration and/or customer services
  • A completer/finisher attitude
  • Confident communication skills including verbal and written
  • Assertive personality
  • Capable of working relatively autonomously
