Professional and highly successful Harrogate company is seeking a first class Receptionist to work full time hours. Lovely role working on a busy and friendly reception.
Being the first point of contact face to face for clients also via phone
Dealing with all incoming and outgoing correspondence - post/fax
Accurately maintaining records by file and archiving
Stationery and ordering from external suppliers
Use of MS Office including Email and Word
Use of internal intranet systems
Diarising meeting rooms and arranging refreshments
Our client is looking for a smart, capable and professional candidate.
Previous reception experience would be ideal but, training can be given and people skills are more important.
Hours are 38.75 per week and salary is up to £19k depending on experience.
