This is a full time permanent role within a busy family run business, specialising in supply of Building Components to the construction industry. The team is extremely busy and forms the core of the sales process. This internal sales team works closely with Field sales with the following duties:

  • Manage customer base, processing incoming sales enquiries/orders
  • Take orders via phone/web or e-mail
  • Prepare quotations for customers
  • Assist in general administration
  • Updating database

The idea candidate will need to have:

  • Confident and efficient telephone manner
  • Good written and numeric skills
  • Sales driven approach
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to quickly adapt in fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and bubbly personality
