Part-time Programme Officer
The salary will be paid at Grade 4, £27,994 to £31,053 per annum (pro rata) inclusive of £3,223 per annum London Allowance (pro rata).
We currently have an opportunity for a part-time Programme Officer at our Guy’s Campus. The role is 21 hours per week (0.6 FTE).
This post will be offered on an indefinite basis.
This is a part-time role.
The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment.
Based in our Faculty of Life Sciences and Medicine Education Support Service the post holder will be required to be present on Mondays and Tuesdays with a third day on either Wednesday or Thursday. As a Programme Officer you will be on the front-line of service delivery, supporting students and academics. Programme Officers are the first point of contact for face-to-face queries, on the phone or via electronic media, and are responsible for undertaking core activities essential to the delivery of services underpinning the student lifecycle.
With knowledge of regulations and processes and an eye for accuracy and detail, the Programme Officer plays an essential role in ensuring that the whole of student lifecycle activities are experienced by students and staff in a seamless and effective manner.
