PENISTONE GRAMMAR SCHOOL IS EXPANDING!
Due to additional demand, we are increasing our intake by over 300 students between 2018 and 2022; we are therefore looking for passionate and innovative teachers and associate staff to join our team!
It takes a whole team to make our school a safe and happy place for our students to learn and we are looking to recruit an Administration Manager to join our associate staff team who has the enthusiasm, drive and determination to make a difference in the life of our students.
We are looking for an Administration Manager who shares our vision and can inspire and support our young people to achieve more than they believe is possible. As a school, we pride ourselves on our consistently high standards, in terms of both learning and behaviour. We have a commitment to the success of all students, academically and pastorally and expect all our staff to share this commitment.
The role of Administration Manager is central to the school's communication and customer service strategy. Managing a team, you will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective front office, reception and reprographics facilities at Penistone Grammar School ensuring that high quality, customer-focussed service is provided at all times.
Ideally you will have:
* High standards and an acute attention to detail
* The ability to use a wide range of IT packages including Excel and the Microsoft Office suite to a high standard
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability and willingness to lead, motivate and inspire a team of staff
* Minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) qualifications generally and specifically in English/Literacy and Maths/Numeracy
The successful candidate will have either previous experience in a similar role or will have transferrable skills and experience and be excited at the opportunity of taking on a role within this key area.
