Are you an experienced claims handling professional seeking a new challenge for 2019?

This expert operations and digital solutions business, which specialises within the insurance, financial service and utility sectors, are currently seeking an ambitious and technically astute individual to join their third party property damage claims team.

The role will see you managing a personal allocation of claims; appointing contractors and updating the internal systems, you will be responsible for making appropriate decisions on validation, in line with client specifications and the appropriate service standards in a timely and efficient manner, whilst also providing a high level of customer care.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience of dealing with either first or third party property damage claims in a legal or insurance environment. In addition they must possess a high level of self motivation and personal accountability with an exceptional degree of organisational skills.

The role is desktop based and the successful candidate will be provided with the appropriate training and monitoring to become accustomed to the reasonable cost of repairing a property, with the opportunity to study towards becoming Cert CILA qualified.
