Our client are currently recruiting for an Administrator at their exciting time of growth. You will be strongly involved in customer service and maintaining client records. Administrative experience or strong Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous however is not essential.
-responding to new business and customer enquiries via telephone or emails.
-build relationships with new customers including sending welcome emails and supporting and customer queries that may arise
-coordinating conference calls
-maintaining and updating client records
