We are looking for a passionate, organised and motivated individual for this soon to be opened restaurant in March 2019
Currently undergoing full refurbishment, this hidden treasure set in a gloriously unspoilt village in the heart of Wiltshire. 5 beautifully designed boutique style bedrooms plus a 65 cover restaurant which offers real local flavours.
We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills & a passion for cooking. This coupled with their ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. You will be forward thinking but also understand the demands of working within a small group and the systems and procedures that are in place. We are looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running, both in the day to day running of the kitchen and also from a management point of view. This being said you should have a good financial understanding and will be fully responsible for all health & safety aspects of the kitchen, ensuring that the kitchen is compliant at all times. This, along with other KPI's makes up the basis of your bonus structure.
You will have a background in 'Fresh Food Gastro Concepts’ and be confident in giving input into the development of the menu. You will be able to lead the team and ensure high standards are maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar paced restaurant / gastro pub, within a fresh food environment.
We are looking for a fantastic Head Chef with at least 1 year's experience from a fast moving, hands-on-role within a similar environment.
