Customer Liaison Officer 

Salary: £19,969 to £24,406 per annum 
Job Type: Full Time, Fixed Term Contract until December 2019 
Hours: 35 hours per week 
Location: South Manchester

About the role: 

Reporting to the Senior Contract Surveyor, the Customer Liaison Officer will be responsible for completing pre-entry surveys for planned investment works, completing scoping works and liaising with tenants to support the “on site” delivery of the works. 

The Customer Liaison Officer will also; ensure all projects are fully scoped; resourced, budgeted and managed in line with business and customer expectations. 

About You: 

The successful candidate will have knowledge of housing practices and good ability in the use of all Microsoft Office software packages particularly compiling correspondence letters You will also have excellent communication skills (written, verbal and at all levels) and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to deal with all customer / contractor correspondence, queries and complaints. 

You will also have experience of working in general needs housing management, and good on-site experience of managing contractor’s performance in delivering to customers’ expectations. A full driving license and access to a vehicle is also essential.

You may have experience of the following: Customer Liaison Officer, Property Coordinator, Property Management, Housing Management, Construction Coordinator, Building Management, Housing Officer, Housing Assistant, Project Worker, Project Coordinator, etc.
