Position: Office Manager
Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire (Commutable from Wellingborough, Bedford, Milton Keynes and surrounding areas) 
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum

About the role: 

Reporting into the Managing Director, Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring the general organisation and administration for the business, clients, and sales are handled effectively. In this varied job role, the ability to prioritise your work load and multitask is essential, as you will be looking after different elements of sales, ERP systems, client organisation, IT and HR. 

Creating a strong working relationship with the production team and all other internal department heads is also vital to ensure the collaborative approach of the team is maintained.

About you:

- Previous experience working for a manufacturing business would be beneficial, but not essential
- Exposure to ERP systems would be ideal (EFACS is the software used)
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to prioritise and manage own work load
- Experience dealing with large clients with high quality and customer service demands
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively deal with queries, issues or complaints
- A working understanding of HR procedures
- Ideally technologically astute and able to assist with IT queries

You may have experience of the following: Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Office Supervisor, Administration Manager, PA, Senior PA, Reception Manager, Office Management, HR etc.
