What it's about

The Assessor Recruitment team are responsible for recruiting and selecting all of OCR's assessors for a variety of roles across the assessment cycle. We are focused on providing our customers with a positive, professional experience in all our interactions with them. Training will be provided.

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player with a 'can do' attitude. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Administration processes and procedures and have excellent communication skills.

What you'll be doing

You will administer the recruitment process for our assessors, offering advice, guidance and support to applicants. You will also be working with colleagues across OCR in order to achieve our goals. The role will involve:
  • Working closely and collaboratively with your team members;
  • Building positive relationships potential applicants;
  • Offering advice, guidance and support to potential applicants across a variety of mediums
  • analysing and interpreting key data in order to assist management decisions
  • Ensuring process documentation and working instructions are maintained and improved.

A good team player, with strong administration and communication skills and a positive attitude towards work and customer service
  • You'll be able to work with a variety of stakeholders through multiple communication mediums and always present the most positive and professional attitude towards customer service.
  • You will have a good level of secondary education
  • You'll be able to interpret data through various software packages to deliver key information to management as required.
  • Be interested in developing new ideas and methods of working.
  • We want you to be inquisitive, open-minded and keen to seek out learning and development opportunities.
