The teams in Hatfield work closely with social care workers, mental health teams and local colleges to ensure a clear support plan with set objectives for our young people. All of our staff are enrolled onto a level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and are fully trained so that they excel and progress, with our full support, in their chosen career at Linx 16 plus.
