Job Description: Senior Marketing Executive

Who we need: 

We’re looking for a highly capable (flexible part-time) dynamic marketing expert to develop our brand and raise awareness in the market. We need someone who: 

  • Can proactively own/ lead our marketing function 
  • Can roll their sleeves up and get things done 
  • Can think creatively & strategically 
  • Is a warm and connected soul 
  • Is good with people  
  • Is comfortable working independently flexibly & remotely (with occasional internal meetings near Fareham or in London) 
  • Has the passion and commitment to do what it takes 
  • Has an interest in personal transformation and development 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Building our brand awareness 
  • Overseeing our brand refresh and website development 
  • Developing, creating and managing our content strategy (written & video) 
  • Improving and managing our social media activity 
  • Developing our current three strategic partnerships to maximise awareness and lead generation 
  • Developing & implementing our strategy to create inbound leads 
  • Researching relevant speaker opportunities 

Key requirements: 

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a marketing role managing and executing a marketing plan 
  • Experience in a small company managing all elements of marketing is essential 
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite 
  • Knowledge and demonstrable business use of social media channels (particularly Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter) 
  • Knowledge of email campaign software (ActiveCampaign a bonus) and running email campaigns 
  • Knowledge of CMS systems 

The practicalities: 

We'd like you to be happy working flexibly and remotely. Starting with 20 hours a week with the ability to flex to suit both parties. We’re open to exploring permanent or contract. Will pay the pro rata equivalent of a salary of £25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience.
