The role is a multi-faceted role with responsibilities in two key areas:

Primarily, you will assist the Finance Department in making sure that the accounts are posted on sage in a timely and accurate basis. You will also be responsible for many administrative functions within the Group.

Key Accountabilities

  • Posting sales and purchase invoices on sage
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Liaising with suppliers and managing call offs and monitoring deliveries.
  • Answering calls/taking messages

Skills Required

  • Strong IT - Sage and Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Motivated and happy to take on new challenges
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Articulate and also able to communicate well in writing
  • Works well with others, but can also work and manage workload independently
