Finance & Administration Assistant
The role is a multi-faceted role with responsibilities in two key areas:
Primarily, you will assist the Finance Department in making sure that the accounts are posted on sage in a timely and accurate basis. You will also be responsible for many administrative functions within the Group.
- Posting sales and purchase invoices on sage
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Liaising with suppliers and managing call offs and monitoring deliveries.
- Answering calls/taking messages
- Strong IT - Sage and Office Suite
- Excellent organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with customers and suppliers
- Motivated and happy to take on new challenges
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Articulate and also able to communicate well in writing
- Works well with others, but can also work and manage workload independently
