I am actively recruiting a dynamic Payroll professional with knowledge and practical experience of HR for a top UK company based in the heart of Cardiff. The team are very friendly and outgoing which will help make the new team member very welcome
The role involves:
- Accurately processing payroll for over 600+ people
- RTI Submissions
- Administer Pensions and salary sacrifices
- Help implement new changes in legislation of payroll and liase with internal teams.
- Deal with Payroll queries
- As part of the HR team you will also be involved in Maternity and paternity meeting, Recruitment and updating HR databases
- Liaise with suppliers
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong payroll skills
- Strong HR understanding and practical experience of working a dual role of payroll and HR
- Payroll and/or HR qualification would be an advantage
- Knowledge of I-Trent system would be an advantage
