I am actively recruiting a dynamic Payroll professional with knowledge and practical experience of HR for a top UK company based in the heart of Cardiff. The team are very friendly and outgoing which will help make the new team member very welcome

The role involves:

  • Accurately processing payroll for over 600+ people
  • RTI Submissions
  • Administer Pensions and salary sacrifices
  • Help implement new changes in legislation of payroll and liase with internal teams.
  • Deal with Payroll queries
  • As part of the HR team you will also be involved in Maternity and paternity meeting, Recruitment and updating HR databases
  • Liaise with suppliers

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong payroll skills
  • Strong HR understanding and practical experience of working a dual role of payroll and HR
  • Payroll and/or HR qualification would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of I-Trent system would be an advantage
