Business Development Manager
Are you experienced in Business Development and generating new business through self sourcing your own leads?
If so, I want to hear from you. We are recruiting exclusively for are an award-winning business operating in the South Wales and South West regions. Their business is rapidly growing, is modern and progressive and we are looking for someone to grow and manage their portfolio of clients. Their mission statement is to strive to build life-long relationships with clients who value our premium quality service.
- You will proactively promote and sell the brand to potential new clients across South Wales & Bristol/South West; sourcing, identifying and converting potential new clients into new business.
- You will be a natural people person, you'll enjoy stepping up so will have responsibility for managing the telesales appointment setter and to contribute to the development and achieving of KPI’s for the sales function.
- You'll proactively network, to build thriving new relationships and hopefully make a few friends for life
- With an entrepreneurial flair you will be given autonomy to make decisions in order to maximise revenues on new contracts to ensure profitability of new contracts.
- Basic salary of up £30,000.
