Our client, a creative and design led co-working leader, is seeking to recruit a number of Reception roles for one of their buildings in the heart of London.

Working in these beautiful buildings across Central London the role will include meeting and greeting clients and visitors, answering incoming calls, booking meeting rooms and arranging client functions, assisting with social networking, general admin and PA duties, dealing with couriers and daily post, setting up conference facilities and arranging lunches and refreshments, visual standard patrols, attending client renewal meetings and other ad hoc project work.

Applicants will have previous customer service, reception, administration or retail experience and have a passion for service. You will be willing to go the extra mile to assist clients and be friendly and professional. The ideal candidate will have a bubbly, warm and friendly personality and will LOVE providing a 5* level of customer service.
