My client is a regional law firm that is looking to recruit a Legal Assistant to join their new Flight Litigation team in Fareham.
As a Legal Assistant, you will carry out case handling duties as well as provide administrative support to other case handlers, helping them to progress important cases. This is a busy and demanding role, where duties are diverse, and no two days are the same. You will liaise regularly with a wide range of clients and medical professionals, both over the phone and in writing.
The client is looking for candidates who are keen to secure a legal role, ideally having some initial experience in this environment. However candidates without this experience would be considered so long as they have a strong administrative background with a genuine interest in Law.
Candidates who have completed the LPC, but are not necessarily looking for a training contract would be considered as would candidates with a law degree, ILEX qualifications or post graduate legal qualification.
