Business Case Assurance Manager
Homes England will combine its land, money, expertise and powers to get more homes built in areas of greatest need. Our goal is to help deliver 300,000 homes a year by the mid-2020s. We are transforming the way we work with a new operating model and a shift from a task-based role to mission-focussed responsibilities.
As part of this, we have recently created a new central Assurance team. The team is responsible for developing an assurance culture and strategy, embedding assurance structures, and strengthening the organisation’s business cases.
In this context, your role in this new post will be to speed up the approval of high quality business cases, strengthen delivery confidence, and improve outcomes for house building in England. This role is vital to Homes England’s plans to spend over £29 billion over the next two years. You will provide assurance to senior stakeholders at MHCLG, HMT and IPA to build their confidence in Homes England and earn it more freedoms, flexibilities and powers to deliver its mission.
