About us

Here in the Aster Group contact centre we are passionate about helping people. Every day, we operate our contact centre on 3 key principals that we all work to, these are:

  • Being Positive – We enjoy what you do! By being upbeat and energetic, listening and engaging. We also build rapport - It makes a difference.
  • Being Patient – As some problems are difficult to solve, we listen to the customer, understand the issue, remain calm and remember it’s not personal
  • Being Proud – Take pleasure in accomplishment. Knowing what we do makes a difference.

Our vision is that everyone has a home.

We provide safety and security through our reliable landlord and independent living services and we supply a wide range of housing options in response to the housing crisis.

Helping guide what we do are our six business priorities, which turn our vision into the delivery of good quality services and more homes. Whether it’s through building more new homes, maintaining the thousands of homes we own, providing good services to our customers or making a commitment to giving back through the work of the Aster Foundation, we aim to carefully balance a commercial approach with our social heart.

We have a strong track record of developing a wide range of new homes for outright sale, shared ownership and affordable rent. Our profits are reinvested back into our development programme so we can continue to build more homes wherever they are needed.
